Privacy policy

Your privacy matters to Megleren Din AS. All processing of personal data follows the applicable data protection rules, including the GDPR and the Norwegian Personal Data Act.

Purpose. We process personal data to fulfil agreements with clients selling their homes, to market homes and our services, and as part of the agency's statutory controls. Enquiries sent through this website are used only to reply to you.

Storage. Data is not kept longer than necessary — the Estate Agency Regulations require documents in each assignment to be kept for ten years. We do not transfer client data outside the EU/EEA.

Your rights. You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability and objection, and may withdraw consent at any time. Contact okv@meglerendin.no, or complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (post@datatilsynet.no).

Cookies. This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. An invisible counter anonymously records that a page has been opened.
